Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your donation to Al Habib International Welfare Foundation Pakistan. We appreciate your generosity in supporting our cause. As a donor-focused organization, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your donation experience. Please read our refund and return policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Donations made to Al Habib International Welfare Foundation Pakistan are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors may occur or donors may wish to request a refund under certain circumstances.

2. Refund Requests:

   • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the donation date.

   • To request a refund, please contact us at info@aiwf.org.pk. Provide your donation details and a screenshot of your order confirmation.

3. Processing Fees:

   • A processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank charges for card transactions.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 1 week. The refunded amount, after deduction of the processing fee, will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.

5. Exceptions:

   • Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate donations or technical errors resulting in over payment.
